Be positive, Be safe, Be yourself

During this time of Covid I have tried to look at the positive side of things. I have also learned more about myself.

There are times I feel like I am being pushed into the sidelines, and not being noticed. Instead of feeling bad, I do what I can by cooking, baking, and writing it out in poetry or in a my journal at night.

The days feel like they run into each other. If it wasn’t for my family & friends showing me what I can do, encouraging me to believe in myself, I would feel lost and sad.

I also want to encourage others. Times like these are not easy. Take a moment to relax and look around you to see those who are there for you., The following song brings me joy and comfort, because soon our worlds will meet.

Finding light

When I was growing up my parents were trying very hard to help me find my light. But something was wrong: there was a big huge gap between us. They could not reach out to me because I felt like I was in a hole.

As I grew up, the first person to understand what was going on in my head was Mom. She is helping me make my dreams come true. Dad is a wonderful teacher and tries his best to spend time with me.

My parents are inspiring, fun to be with and they have my back. I am very thankful for them.

Here is a song that I want to share with them and with you.
